Colorado
Serves 673,000 members in 39 medical offices. Of its 272 unit-based teams, 240 (88 percent) were rated high performing as of year-end 2018.

Georgia
Serves 306,000 members in 26 medical offices. Of its 113 unit-based teams, 107 (95 percent) were rated high performing as of year-end 2018.

Hawaii
Serves 251,000 members throughout the islands, in 27 medical offices and one hospital. Of its 62 unit-based teams, 6 (10 percent) were rated high performing as of year-end 2018.

Mid-Atlantic States
Serves 703,000 members in Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia in 30 medical offices. Of its 287 unit-based teams, 281 (76 percent) were rated high performing as of year-end 2018

Northern California
Serves 4.1 million members in 242 medical offices and 21 hospitals. Of its 1,335 unit-based teams, 1,013 (76 percent) were rated high performing as of year-end 2018.

Northwest
Serves 576,000 members in Oregon and Southwest Washington, in 56 medical and dental offices and two hospitals. Of its 420 unit-based teams, 365 (87 percent) were rated high performing as of year-end 2018.

Southern California
Serves 4.4 million members in 225 medical offices and 15 hospitals. Of its 1,090 unit-based teams, 921 (85 percent) were rated high performing as of year-end 2018.

Washington
Serves more than 700,000 members in the Puget Sound area and east to Spokane with 32 medical facilities. The Washington region became part of Kaiser Permanente in 2017. The region's LMP council held its first meeting in Q2-2019.

National Functions
These departments (Finance, Health Plan Administration and IT) serve KP members, patients and staff across the program. Of 82 unit-based teams, 49 (60 percent) were rated high performing as of year-end 2018.
